At Daily Caok, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted. We are always here to help if you have any questions regarding the process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@dailycaok.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a solution that works for you.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (such as hygiene products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@dailycaok.com.

Return Address

A return shipping label provided by Daily Caok is required before sending any items back to us.
