Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every Daily Caok order is handled with care to ensure your tools arrive ready for use.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
  • Peak Seasons: Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods like holidays or major sales.
  • Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because Daily Caok products are fulfilled through global partners to provide you with the best value, delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • United States: 10 – 15 Business Days
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 11 – 16 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 15 – 20 Business Days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Quality products and thoughtful delivery take time, and we thank you for your understanding.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created.
  • If tracking information does not update immediately, your package is still in transit and moving toward you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Daily Caok is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance processes.
  • While customs fees are uncommon for small household items, regulations vary by country.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@dailycaok.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure your new kitchen tools arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the item and packaging to service@dailycaok.com within 72 hours of arrival. We will arrange a free replacement.
  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
